FAQs

$10 is due at time of form submission in order to generate your package. One free correction is included in this service fee if you submit a request within 5 days.
Within 24 hours of submitting the Rental Application form, you and your Realtor will receive a personalized document containing all of the information and documents you submitted.
Within 5 days of receiving your Rental Application Package, you can make a request for a free correction. After 5 days, a $10 service charge will be charged.
